1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Real Social Growth Bahrain, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the provision of all our social media management and digital marketing services.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client is fully and solely responsible for all content, materials, and information provided to Real Social Growth Bahrain for use in social media posts, advertisements, and any other promotional activities. The Client warrants that they have all necessary rights and permissions for any content provided.

Real Social Growth Bahrain is NOT responsible for any illegal, unlawful, or promotional misuse of our services. The Client assumes full legal responsibility for the content they choose to promote and any consequences that may arise from it.

3. Account Credentials and Data Handling

To perform our services, the Client agrees to provide necessary access to social media accounts and other relevant platforms. The Client acknowledges that account details and credentials provided will be stored securely and may be accessed by authorized personnel within Real Social Growth Bahrain solely for the purpose of service delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Real Social Growth Bahrain be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of our services or the content promoted by the Client.

5. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Social Growth Bahrain and its employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Client's content, their use of our services, or their violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
